The Balloon "Drum"
Details
The outer body is manufactured from 5.5 mm corrosion-resistant steel.
The internal blades (the helix) are manufactured with a thickness of 5 mm, with spacing between the helix ranging from 37 to 60 cm, providing high mixing quality, and the blades contain 1 mm front strips to protect the blades from wear.
The shaft has a diameter of 173 cm and a thickness of 60 mm, made of chemically and thermally treated steel.
Balloon Front(Front Plate):
Diameter 180 em, thickness 8 mm, containing 24 bolts of 16 mm, with bolt thread thickness of 40 mm. The bottom is reinforced with supports to reduce load and avoid relying solely on the welding line for transferring force between the gearbox and the bottom.
Water tank
Details
The water tank capacity is 900 litters, with a diameter of 75 cm and a length of 170 cm.
*The tank contains a gate for periodic cleaning of the tank, which increases its service life.
*The tank operates with a compressed-air system, which in turn causes the water to surge at high speed and pressure.
*The tank is equipped with an indicator that determines the water level. The tank is equipped with a safety valve to release
excess air pressure.
*The bottom of the tank is made of 6 mm steel, and the rest of the structure is made of 5 mm steel.
*The tank contains internal sectors to increase support.
*The water line has a diameter of 1.5 inches, made of steel with a thickness of 3.5 mm, and includes a 2-inch water charging
connection.
*The tank charging hose, 1.5-inch diameter, can withstand 25 bar pressure, made of rubber reinforced with fabric, Turkish- made.

Front Seat
Details
The front seat chassis consists of a 100^ 150 hollow section frame with a thickness of 6 .mm, and the rest of the front seat is made of 6 mm steel. The top surface of the front seat is made of 12 mm steel and is equipped with two 30 mm brackets.
Fenders
Details
Manufactured from 52 steel sheets with a thickness of 2.5 mm in order to reduce the load on the brackets and ensure that no cracks occur due to the arm’s length and loading, in addition to the massive vibrations that the arm is exposed to as a result of bumps and potholes encountered by the vehicle during driving.
Each fender is made of two parts to reduce repair cost in case of a vehicle collision.
* The fenders are mounted on three brackets that take the shape of the fender from the inside. These brackets are made of 1.5-inch pipes with a thickness of 3.5 mm fixed to the chassis, and to increase strength, each bracket is reinforced with a pair of 6 mm-thick gussets cut as follows:
* On the fender bracket pipe, there is a steel plate to ensure the largest possible area for fastening the fenders.
Gutter connections: The mixer contains a pair of gutter connections, each 1 meter long and 2.5 mm thick.
The lower holder: A straight 1.5-inch pipe with a pair of plates fixed at its midpoint, each plate containing slots, with each slot in one plate opposite the direction of the slot in the other plate, in order to provide the necessary adjustment for levelling the funnel.
Funnel Spare Parts
Details
The upper funnel is made of two layers, each layer with a thickness of 3.5 mm. The inner layer is fixed to the funnel using wide dowels with a length of 5 cm, allowing easy replacement after the end of its service life. The funnel is fixed at an inclined angle so that the concrete is discharged into the center of the drum, as the funnel extends to the drum’s third blade. Funnel brackets: The upper bracket is a 1.5-inch pipe rolled 3 mm, with a 95-degree plate of 6 mm thickness fixed at its midpoint, and. on the sides a pair of laser-perforated and rolled plates.
Seven Spare Parts
Details
The design is streamlined with rounded comers, allowing the.concrete to slide. The seven-piece unit is made of 3.5 mm steel with an inner lining of 3.5 mm thickness. The lining covers the discharge areas on the right and left, and it is fixed with wide dowels for easy replacement.
Gutter
Details
The axial discharge Gutter, 85 cm wide and 1.5 m long, is made of 3.5 mm steel with a 3.5 mm lining.
Rear Seat
Details
The rear seat of the rear drum (camel drum). The rear seat chassis consists of sections measuring l50•100 mm with a thickness of 6 mm. The rest of the rear seat is made of 6 mm steel. It is equipped with two 12 mm-thick roller bases mounted on an 8 mm-thick support, which separates the seat from the roller base, increasing reinforcement and the service life of the base. The rear seat is equipped internally with two internal straps made of 100•100 mm sections, taking the same shape and area as the inner part of the rear drum seat. The discharge Gutter bracket contains a pair of 45 mm-diameter hinges, mounted on a 12 mm steel base fixed to the rear seat body (rear drum).

Ladder
Details
